When laying natural stone paving slabs where the thickness can vary, it is advised to individually bed the paving slab. Individual bedding relies on each paving slab having it's own bed. A bed is prepared, the paving slab is laid and then the next bed is prepared and so on. This is especially true when laying larger paving slabs where handling is difficult.   more »
